Göran Persson is resigning from the Board of the Bank of Åland

Göran Persson has announced that he is resigning from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Åland Plc, due to his nomination as Chairman of Swedbank AB (publ). Persson was elected as a member of the Bank of Åland’s Board the first time at the Annual General Meeting on April 16, 2015. Election of a new Board member will wait until the next Annual General Meeting.
