0753BANK OF ÅLAND PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 5 November 2002 at 4.30 pm The Annual General Meeting of the Bank of Åland Plc decided on 16 March, 2000 that on behalf of the shareholders to sell the shares which have not been exchanged from certificates to the book-entry share account system. The sale was made between 25 October - 1 November 2002. On the joint book-entry share account there were 12.301 A-shares and 1.515 B-shares, totally 13.816 shares registered. The funds, charges deducted, will for account of the shareholders or other assignees be placed on deposit at the county administrative board, as from a date that will be announced later.
